Andy Tindel is the Tyler, Texas based partner of the MT2 Law Group. Andy has practiced as a trial and appellate lawyer since 1985 and is a past Chairman of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Texas. Andy specializes in the preparation, trial and appeal of a wide variety of commercial damage claims and intellectual property litigation including patent, trademark and copyright infringement claims, trade dress and false advertising suits, unfair competition and trade secrets litigation, corporate governance disputes, securities fraud class actions and other general business litigation. In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Andy also handles selected catastrophic personal injury cases involving product liability claims, trucking accidents, wrongful death actions, and general negligence cases in all state and federal courts throughout Texas.
For over 25 years Andy has routinely served as an advisor and local counsel for clients and attorneys with high stakes litigation pending before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and state courts throughout East Texas. In 2007 the Texas Lawyer named Andy as one of only 4 "Top-Notch" Plaintiff's Personal Injury Trial Lawyers in the State of Texas.
