Curriculum Vitae of Andy Tindel

Andy Tindel is an East Texas lawyer specializing in the preparation, trial and appeal of a wide variety of major civil damage claims including intellectual property and technology matters, patent infringement suits, copyright and trademark disputes, securities fraud litigation, false claim act cases, class actions, unfair competition and related business tort matters, as well as catastrophic personal injury cases. Mr. Tindel frequently serves as an advisor, attorney and local counsel for domestic and overseas corporate clients and national law firms with litigation pending in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Texas in addition to state trial and appellate courts throughout East Texas. 

In 2005 Mr. Tindel served as Chairman of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Texas.  In 2007 Mr. Tindel was named one of only 4 "Top-Notch" Plaintiff's Personal Injury Trial Lawyers in the State of Texas by The Texas Lawyer.

Mr. Tindel is Board Certified in the specialties of Civil Trial Law, Civil Appellate Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has been recognized in Texas Monthly Magazine as a "Texas Super Lawyer®" since 2003.  Mr. Tindel is also a frequent author and lecturer at continuing legal education seminars throughout Texas.
